Khason Tokyo Laboratory Review

The last leg of our 2 weeks trip in Japan, we stayed in Asakusa which I like it. We stayed at Khason Laboratory for 2 nights from 12 Nov to 14 Nov 2015. Ensuite triple room at SGD 127 per night. No breakfast. No housekeeping.

Direction
From Tawaramachi station (Metro Ginza Line] – exit 3 and continue straight for approximately 3 minutes – Turn left at the 3rd corner, where you will find a Police box. – You will see Khaosan Tokyo laboratory on your right-hand side.

We had a hard time locating it by alighting from Asakusa Station. I think it is easier to locate Khason Lab by alighting from Tawaramachi station.

Reception
It is on the ground floor. Service is friendly and staff speaks English fluently. Check in and check out is fast and straight-forward.

Location
Khason Lab is well located. About 6 minutes walk to the popular ever crowded Sensoji (浅草寺, Sensōji, also known as Asakusa Kannon Temple. Many eateries and restaurants nearby.   Tokyo Skytree is also nearby which has a direct train from Asakusa.

Room
Room is not big and adequately okay for us. One upper bed and 2 bunk beds below it. You need to lay your own bedsheet. More than enough electrical points. LED TV. Wifi is okay.

Bathroom/Toilet
To my surprise, the bathroom is huge for a guesthouse. No towel provided. It is clean and well illuminated.
