We stayed here for 1 night for one double bed room(SGD68) and one single bed room (SGD57) since there is no triple room available. Reason is because we need to catch a very flight the next morning. Both have attached bathroom. No breakfast.
I am happy with the single bed room. Bed is comfortable. Tea and coffee making in room. A small fridge. A TV which I did not have time to watch.
Bathroom is clean. Towels and shampoo are provided. Toothbrush and shaver are also provided. There are even 2 different trash baskets for recycling purpose in the room
Reception is at the ground floor. Staff can converse in basic English. 2 computers are available for staying guests at the same level. Lawson convenience store is just next door.
APA Hotel is a 1-minute walk from Keisei Narita Train Station ( KS40) (京成成田駅) and a 15-minute train ride from Narita Airport. Omotesando Street is round the corner, that runs through the town and right at the end of Omotesando, you will arrive at the 1,000-year-old Naritasan temple.
We had a pleasant walk along Omotesando Street where there are many souvenir shopping and restaurants. Had a happy lunch at Ramen Bayashi noodle shop. What else – ramen of course ! Also ordered the gyoza and fried rice.
Another popular restaurant that had long queue was the unagi, freshly prepared and grilled immediately on the spot. Price was not cheap. I discovered some tiny bones in the grilled eel. Unforturnately I could not find any English name for the restaurant.
